Winter is a long weekend

Tonight the temperature is predicted to drop into the 20s. It might do so tomorrow and the day after, too. That might signal winter for folks who aren't from around here. But the rest of us know it's only nature's way of forcing us to wear long sleeves before February, when bathing suits go on sale.
